Bad service

Hi,

I'm appalled at the level of service I was provided with at Octogen. Five years ago (2013), I considered applying for debt counselling and I called them up (Octogen), a few weeksafter signing up with them I decided to cancel my application as I had arranged to pay my creditors. Octogen proceeded to List me as being under "Debt Review" and I have been struggling to get my name removed for the past 5 years, I have never even paid a cent for this service Nor have I seen or consultant with their debt counselor. This is against TCF outcome number six!!! They have unreasonably asked me to pay the R3689 to get my name removed from a DC status and I believe that is UNFAIR!!
