bad customer service

<p>My name is Thato and am in need of your assistance. regardin the debt riview i was under. as my conversation with octogen they didnt assist me further with the debt review due to i had to wait long for their respond and the was no communication regarding the above. after i have spoken to the of what is happening they advised that they were busy with the case and they send me the details of how am goin to pay my debts, was not happy with the respond and i got from octogen. and immediately told them to cancel i cant go on with the matter. they advised me to write the email, and i did and they responded that i have to pay the amount of R5000 for cancellation. which i could not understand cause they didnt help me with anything. can you please advise on how to go with the matter.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Thato</p>
