Bad communication

I sent a request for the debt review status to be removed from my record more than 2 weeks ago with all information required for the company to do so. They came back to me a week later asking for the same documents I already attached in the first email. its been a week and no feedback since. I just want my record cleared because it stands in my way now with regards to my credit status. Not very good communication skills and maybe the person who responded didn't check the email I sent correctly because I clearly already sent everything.
