Asking for help to be removed from octogen debt review
I received a call from octogen long time ago maybe it was around 2021. After receiving that call they blocked me from paying for my accounts and I never made arrangements with them to help me with my debts. I am not paying them anything and I have never signed any agreement with them as I refused telephonical. They tried to convince me to make a payment of R210.00 and I refused. I can't do anything anywhere because of them. I want them to remove me from their company.

I wish to advise that an investigation has been completed, and you did infact apply and complete all the required documents. You had made a number of payments whilst under debt review.
In order to remove your name and update your status, a clearance certificate, which can only be issued by your debt counsellor, must be issued.
Should you not agree with the above, you may approach the NCR and lodge a formal complaint.
