Accounts Overpayment by Octogen

I am under debt review with Octogen. They are always overpaying the Credit Providers . When I ask them why they are overpaying, i cant find any answer. I am deeply disappointed by the kind of service provided by Octogen. They are prolonging the process by overpaying service providers. I wont encourage anyone to use their service.
