Absolute nonsense
Worst debt review company ever. I was listed on their platform under debt review in 2016, i have not once during that time had any interaction with any of their councilors. Up to this day ive struggled to get clearity as to why im on their system. Ive contacted all my lenders from the period between 2016 up to now and had no records of outstanding debt. I am not getting answers from these people.

Im am delighted to say say that someone from your team has made contact with me and stated that my application was withdrawn, however we still need to get into the finer details of the matter since Im having difficulty grasping the idea of a withdrawn application and the fact that ive been held hostage all these years without communication from your side.
It still doesn't make the situation any better. Clearly there should be no relationship between myself and Octogen.

It is clear from your posting above that the process of having your debt review listing expunged, is not fully understood. This can only happen once all your debt has been settled and a clearance certificate has been issued and submitted to all of your original creditors, The NCR and all the relevant credit bureaus. The issuance of a From 17 WB, will not have the effect that you require.
