Zero rating for Octave cleaning services
If there was a zero rating I would give them. They are the worst company anyone could work with. I paid a monthly subscription, they only came once and they were extremely late. Today was supposed to be their 2nd visit, they didn't pitch and never bothered to communicate. Calls and messages go unanswered. I'm extremely disappointed

Not once, but twice.Being late the first time, then not showing up at all for the second visit, and ignoring your calls and messages, that's embarrassing and completely unfair to you. We understand why you're disappointed and why you'd give us zero stars.You deserved reliability and basic respect. We gave you neither, and there's no excuse for that.We are already working on fixing how we schedule, communicate, and hold ourselves accountable so no other client goes through what you did.If you ever consider giving us another chance, we will personally take over your account and make sure you never have to chase us again.
