The guy who handles communication and bookings was nice enough, but that’s where pleasantries end.

Communication was great until I paid. Then responses slowed.

None of the bookings I made for the month were honoured. They didn’t pitch at all and didn’t communicate why before or after. Just radio silence until I reached out.

I sent them a request for a refund. Nothing. I will escalate to their bank.
