Withdrawal Delays, more than 13 days No pay

Horrible service, I withdrew money on the 29th of December 2022 till today 10 Jan 2023 it hasn't been paid. Opened a ticket regarding it, when i ask for update they say I should wait for finance department like *** how can you wait this long to check if you paid someone or not. They starting to be very doggy lately.
