Something is wrong with Octa

Something has happened to Octa. I have lost confidence in the broker. I am questioning their honesty

On date 2025-11-30 At time 11h31 AM I deposited USD70 Into my Octa account *** deposit was visa debit card This transaction was processed on their end On date 2025-12-01 At approximately 15h56 PM transaction ID *** It is now 10 days. The money has been taken from my bank account and is in their bank account yet my Octa account has not yet been credited. Every time i ask whats going on they say the delay is probably due to your maintenance between 28 and 30 December. It's been 10 days and they give the same excuse. No problem can take so long to fix. At what point is it too much?
