Octafx customer service is like being hit by a train
If you want to have endless problems open a trading account with Octafx or use them as your main broker. First of all you chat to bot for endless hours then deposits are processed way past the 3 hour period they stipulated after you fight. I have personally not been able to log into my personal area since ther server upgrade. I have sent a thousand messages to no avail. My deposits are processed after days.

Deposits done instantly in their bank account , still not credited to my trading account days after being done
I am told stories of prfoof of payment not being in a PDF formaat, yet this is a bank genarated proof of payment. The stories are like walking in a zoo and whats worse is nagative commments like this on this platform they never bother to answer. They are so quick to jump to those reviews that gave them favourable answers to comment.
