Ocotel are forcing clients to upgrade without their concent

Anyone being forced to upgrade to 50 Mbps ?? All the ISPs saying only new customers can get a 25 Mbps line . I dnt need a 50Mbps line so why must i Pay for one that ii dont need these are ripping the people off and see that ocotel is the only one in the area people must just go with them . We must put a stop to this
