Refund issues

I have not been refunded in full for fees that I paid in advance. The school is not willing to engage at any level, no statements, nothing, even though I have requested it several times. The principal of Oakland Academy has not weighed in on the matter once and also ignore my request to come see them. The owner is also not willing to engage.
