Unresolved tuition refund after 5 months and lack of communication
I am posting this to highlight an ongoing billing and communication issue with Oakland Academy. Prior to the school year, I paid the full annual tuition in advance. After the first term, we transferred my son to another institution, providing the required one-month notice in strict accordance with the school's policy. It has now been nearly five months, and the pre-paid fees for the remaining terms have not been refunded. Furthermore, management has ceased communication. Multiple emails and phone calls remain unanswered. The principal's only response has been that the finance department will handle it, yet no contact or payment has been received from ownership or administration.

Refund issues
I have not been refunded in full for fees that I paid in advance. The school is not willing to engage at any level, no statements, nothing, even though I have requested it several times. The principal of Oakland Academy has not weighed in on the matter once and also ignore my request to come see them. The owner is also not willing to engage.
