Poor ownership and leadership

The owner of the school, fails to double check facts before addressing situations as well as the principal which leads them to lying to your face, they also lie on an email when it comes to refunds and do not refund your school fees when paid annually and removing you kid from their school...also fail to provide uniforms when paid for in October 2023 and to date have not received it in full and my child no longer attends the school and they refuse to refund me....
