Refund

I am highly disappointed with 050m Wi-Fi services this is the 5th day since i made payment my Wi-Fi is still off when i communicate with them they are not professional they make false promises and they do not even give you their full names and no feedback i used my airtiime and data after i made full payment can someone in charge please assist me i want my Refund because they are not delivering and they do not care about their customers
