O50m WiFi - The worst service provider -Paid for WiFi I never used -Mo refund no support

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from O50m. I paid for WiFi for the entire month of June, yet I never had access to the service. Despite this, O50m refuses to refund my money—even after collecting their router. Their website and marketing claim to offer 24/7 online support, but that is simply not true. I’ve called their office number multiple times with no answer, and the person who initially signed me up continues to make empty promises without any real action.

The worst thing is on the 11th they promised to pay me back and then the person that answers the WhatsApp number keeps on promising to get back to me with, which they never do. Their network was not secure which is exactly why I couldn’t use it because my work laptop won’t connect, they tried to get me a secure line but failed and now they refusing to pay me back and to come and remove their pole. Now, after a full month of no service, they suddenly want to fix the issue. It’s too little, too late. I’ve paid for a service I never received, and I’ve been ignored and misled throughout the process. This is unacceptable. I’m requesting a full refund for June and a formal apology for the inconvenience and poor treatment. If you stay in Soweto and they approach you, do yourself a favour and do not even try them. Find yourself a better service provider.

These kind of businesses are the ones that make us weary of supporting black business.
