O50M are a ****

I have subscribed to their prepaid fibre which I have to receive a new pin everytime I make payment. Been with them for a couple of months now.

My last payment I made on 30th September 2025, I sent proof of payment via email and WhatsApp as usual but I did not receive a code until 7 days later after following up countless times.

Even after getting the pin, my fiber has not been working since. I have to follow up everyday, they always request pictures but no one comes to check or fix. They just wait for me to complain over and over again. I want my refund please. These people are a ****!
