Bad customer service

Bad customer service. They don't know how to service their customers in respect and professionalism. I called them several times with the same issue since two weeks back, but they haven't resolved it yet.They don't respond to your query, neither call back to give you a feedback.Poor service from 050m. Not a good network. If they need to grow as a business. They'll have to do better.
