SHOCKING SERVICE / NO SERVICE

If you want a telephone system that ****ES YOU OFF daily - PLEASE USE ...... OTEL !! Their sales staff could sell you snow in winter !! BUT the support staff SUCK !!! Our ENTIRE Phone system has been off since yesterday.. They can only get us up and working for 3 minutes at a time... SERVICE !!! Really !!!! And only after we had to report it AFTER 8 this morning, as they had DONE NOTHING !!! Oh, and don't forget that when we reported them yesterday - the "person" answering the phone answered "thank you for calling TELKOM, good-day !!" FABULOUS !!!! And now, according to their alleged "Manager" Karien, we have not had problems every other day - IT ALL IN MY HEAD !!! So, this is NAME AND SHAME - Just sharing my thoughts !!! Is this another SUPER EFFICIENT GOVERNMENT OWNED INSTITUTON ??? Please share this far and wide - We are desperate for SOME HELP !!
