Nuvora Tutors gave me the opportunity to take my first step into the online teaching world. I had zero experience in this industry in the past but I decided to take on a new journey this past year. I app**** to many other online ESL jobs but I found that on those platforms there were no guaranteed hours, extremely low pay (especially for people from South Africa). Once I got a response from Nuvora Tutors I was a bit skeptical at first as I did not know that someone could work directly for a school in Asia. However my expectations were exceeded above and beyond. From The start Nuvora Tutors. Transparency was given by them fully as to how everything worked. Nothing was missing and everything was upfront. They helped improve my CV so that I was given a chance to work by one of their parter schools. The once I was chosen. The help and assistance I received was exceptional to say the least. I did end up failing my last stage - 3 assessment which was a final demo lesson. However the school did give me a second attempt and Nuvora Tutors was always there to assist me to make sure I secure my position. Also adding they did assist me with obtaining my TEFL Level 5 diploma. Any difficulties I faced in the course their training department was able to assist me with that as well which in my opinion is something you don’t ever see companies doing. Thank you Nuvora Tutors.
