Very bad customer customer services

My Name is Thamsanqa Magubane an ex employee for the company Nutun CX umhlanga, My contact number is ***. My experience with this company is very poor as I have been trying to get in contact with them since last week so I can get the required forms at the department of labour to apply for my UIF since Thursday but to my demise, My calls have been cut, dropped, I have also spoken to a lady called Nicoleen/Nicole on the number : *** and she was very rude and faild to do a simple request which was to transfer me to the correct department.
