Nutratel the worst telecommunications company in South Africa

This is the most useless company ever. Their internet services go down on a daily basis and when you call to report the problem, they simply do not answer your calls. When you do finally get through there is never a manager available to escalate your complaint to. They simply do not have an after sales backup service and for a company who’s clients experience so much down time it simply means you are *****ed.
