Atrocious service from NUTRATEL

This is by far the worst service ever from the company Director Tim Thulo and his team. A wrong amount was paid into NUTRATEL as of 09 Jan 2020. NUTRATEL office was notified immediately for reversal, only to find out by the office that the director is out of the country and would rectify by reversal on his return between 15-18 Jan 2020. To date no payment has been made to ALL THINGS FOOD and POULTRY DISTRIBUTION cc. Numerous telephonic ***) and email (***) attempts have been made to retrieve or get a solution but ALL failed as Tim Thulo - *** *** or ***) simply IGNORES AND BLOCKS any direct engagement to resolve and Payback the money owed to ALL THINGS FOOD and POULTRY DISTRIBUTION cc.
