Waiting for feedback for 4 full months!!

This company used to assist us with debit order services. On the 14th of November 2024, I reported that 2 of my clients were debited with my reference but I didn't setup such debit orders and I had refunded them even though I didn't receive such funds. A query was logged but more clients were debited while I didn't setup the debit order. I kept on refunding my clients. Hoping to sort it out with Nupay.

4 months down the line, they still waiting for feedback from the bank. I canceled my contract with Nupay coz of this... But I still want my money
