UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER/STUPID DEBICHECK/UNPROFESSIONALISM/POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

On the 4th October 2023 i saw a debit order of R375 from my bank account. I went to my banker to query it, unfortunately i could not reverse it as it is blocked and i cannot even stop it. I got their contact no *** from my bank to contact them. I did and i was given *** number to phone. The lady answered her name is Elsie Mogasho, i explained my problem, she responded in SePedi unprofessionally so, she gave the phone to her manager however the call cut. I phoned back and the receiver kept on saying HELLO. Elsie phoned back and complained about my attitude and her professionalism is on 0%. Someone phoned back and explained to me that i agreed on their services and debit order...i explained to him that few weeks back i received a call from them offering credit clearance benefits, i agreed on them and debicheck HOWEVER the consultant told me about R562.50 should there be no money in my account, i stopped her there and there and told her i won't afford that and she couldn't make sense to me regarding that amount. We argued on the phone up until she gave the phone to her superior, i told her no they must stop the deal i'm no longer interested. Lastweek i received a call from their company, telling me about the benefits and emailing documents. I received documents and went through them...the following day i received a call from them again and could not respond because i was in a meeting. Now i get this debit order HOW?

I want my money back and i want the debit order stopped because i cannot afford to change my 20years bank account number because of their STUPIDITY, SELFISHNESS and HUNGER for getting a sale.

I want the recording of the call that was made to me on the 11/09/2023
