Unauthorised Debit Order from Capitec bank account

A debit order of R280 was deducted from my Capitec bank account, but I have no record of doing business with your company or anyone else. Could I please have my money refunded? Additionally, I would appreciate it if you did not suggest that you collected the debt on behalf of another party, as I am confident that I owe no outstanding debts.
