Unauthorised debit order

I don’t have a contract with this company, there was 2 debit checks on my Capitec account, I cannot dispute the debit order that went through my account today, this is my last money they took, and there’s another one coming, I have sent an email, no response yet, I tried calling no answer I want a refund please
