Unauthorised Debit

Good day I would like to reports unauthorised Debit order on my account. I wrote an email in January to *** requesting them to cancel the debicheck because they did not do what they said they will do in 2 minutes which is clearing my ITC score and help me with any issues related to my ITC . This is the email I wrote to them: Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to request cancellation of a debit order and to express my disappointment with the service I received from Simphiwe Ndaba ***. On Friday, last week, Mr. Ndaba contacted me regarding assistance with improving my credit score. He assured me that the process would be quick and efficient.

On Monday, I agreed to proceed with the service and was informed that I would need to wait until the end of the month to make payment of R135 via debit order. However, Mr. Ndaba failed to disclose that a third-party service would be involved, which would result in further delays.

I have since made several follow-up calls, only to be met with evasive responses. When I expressed my desire to cancel the service, Mr. Ndaba informed me that I would need to wait for the debit order to be processed before receiving any further assistance.

I am requesting that you cancel the debit order immediately, as I did not agree to these terms. Furthermore, I intend to seek assistance directly from Experian to improve my credit score.
