Service providers using your facilities for ****s

I logged a complaint months ago about a service provider that is using your facilities *****ulently. MICREDIT solutions run by MPHO MANAVHELA who ****med me out of R3250 because your facilities enable him to block us and our banks from reversing debit orders. Until today, he promised to pay me back and probably continues with this practice. Please look into it and advise if this company is still using your facility.
