Refund R280 deducted by NUPAY

I woke up today and R280 has been deducted from my account. I don’t know this company ,didn’t sign u for this company, may you please help with refund my money because I am a student & I need that money !

I also need the debit order cancelled because it will deduct money every month that I don’t have.
