Paying but no services

This company is sound like ****, I tried to get hold of them but I didnt get anyone to help me, I tried to send emails to them no one, debit order every month went through but nothing has change on my account, I tried to call them for debit order CANCELLATION till now, please help me or contact me on *** as I need my refund and to cancel my debit order.
