Nupay a division of Altron bunch of ****mers

I am still not happy with the service I got from Nupay a division of Altron . They sent me a text on watsapp saying I must sign a cancellation form to cancel the loan I never received since they kept on deducting my money to a loan I never receive. I did sign the cancellation letter. But the thing is the debit order is still reflecting on my bank . I still don't trust if they removed it permanently because on my side it's still showing their debit order is active . The other thing , they deducted my money and the lady working at Letty's attorney said she is calling regarding my complaint. She heard the complaint I laid but still they won't give me my money they deducted it's under their policy . But my question is how come . I app**** for a loan, they approve it . I never get the loan but they keep on deducting my money 💔😭😭. Now according to them they won't give back my money because it's under their policies. Those people are ****mers 💔😭. I'm still crying for my money . I would never recommend them to anyone . I don't trust them and will never trust them . They are bunch of ****mers 💔😭 busy promising people to give them loan but never will but keep on deducting people's money on their account for the loan they never receive 💔😭😭
