Nupay a division of altron. **** awareness

Greetings everyone, I am a first year student in the university of the Free state. People from Nupay which is a division of altron (legal cover), they saw me wearing my schools T-shirt and they took advantage of that. They told me that I will receive Free data, Free power banks and get to have a free shipment. I don't want to lie I was not in my senses at that time when they were presenting their **** business. They asked me of which bank am I using and I told them that I use capitec and they asked for my card and then all of a sudden they had a speed point of which they swiped my card and asked me to put my pin so that I can be registered in the campaign. Well I did as they pleased but they never mentioned that they are actually activating a debit order. And so please never trust people with ur stuff because others they just ask for their numbers and then they have successfully activated the debit order. The majors that I have taken, I went to capitec branch and they told me to go to the police station and get an affidavit filled, I honestly thought that I will get my money as soon as I have submitted the document to the branch but no nothing has changed and I still need my money back.
