I am writing to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction regarding a *****ulent incident that was facilitated by Nupay, involving one of their clients, WP Debt Specialist.

Recently, an amount of R12,000 was unjustly debited from my account under the guise of a legitimate transaction. The individual I interacted with had complete access to my personal information, including my ID number, the exact sum deducted from my account, the date of the debt check, and the name of the company performing the debits on behalf of Infinite Debt Solutions. This individual convinced me of their authenticity, asserting to represent Infinite Debt Solutions.

Upon contacting Infinite Debt Solutions directly, they confirmed their awareness of such deceptive practices tarnishing their image. Considering the seriousness of this issue, it was later revealed that a staff member from WP Debt Specialist was involved in *****.

WP Debt Specialist has pledged to reimburse the amount of R12,000 that was unjustly taken from my account. However, the refund is still pending, causing me significant distress and inconvenience.

I am deeply disappointed by the lack of security measures in place to prevent such *****ulent activities. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and urge you to take stringent action against such ********* practices.
