NU Pay a devision of altron takes your money and banks cant do anything to assist

This Company or should i say backyard **** firm has been taking R4000 from my fnb account without me being able to get a hold of them or my money back but they even have fnb blocked so if you would ask the bank to assist they simply can not. My credit scire is ruined my bank account in neg R2000 because if i put money in the account they take it. This altron a devision of tell you lies and bag your money should be trialed or suied. I cant even get one agent or person or tech or sales rep or anyone from this place and get my money back. Dont trust anything they tell you because if they can prevent the bank from taking action then they can take as much as they like. I am higly disappointed that places and companys like altron a devision of nupay or known on bank statement as NPFORDEBT DCPRD followed by 13 digits number. If there is anyone who knows how i can get my money back please let me know because it is causing a disruption. This place should be burned to the ground.
