Not happy at all

To: Altron NuPay Contact Centre / Management Date: 7/10/2026 From: Concerned Anonymous

To the Management and Executive Team of Altron NuPay,

This email is to report serious problems happening within the Cape Town branch involving certain account managers and a distinct lack of proper oversight.

There is a major issue with favoritism and unfair practices. Certain account managers are showing extreme bias toward a specific group of preferred external entities, giving them special treatment while unfairly targeting and shutting down other businesses.

Most of these companies do Debt Review Removal and Debt Mediation in one building and this email will also be escalated to the (NCR) National Credit Regulatory Authority as well as the HAWKS for further investigation. These account managers are aware of it but still let it slide, how funny Nupay. DebtZap is being criticized all over social media but Nupay is in PARTNERSHIP with them.

Do you think it is on, how they close companies that are complying but these non-compliant companies are just being swept under the rug.

Below is an attached photo of how they use the account managers.

The primary focus of concern is DebtZap, an entity that is operating in a clearly non-compliant manner. Despite these compliance issues, the Cape Town branch aggressively pushes merchants to use DebtZap, while actively working to close down any company that refuses to go along with them.

Beyond DebtZap, the Cape Town branch maintains a heavily biased network of favored companies that receive special treatment, while others are unfairly targeted. These specific companies that need to be investigated for their involvement with this favoritism include:

Rust Credit WP Debt Specialist Bebt Out Debt Wys Lambs Financial ADR Financials Capital Consultants LDM Financials Budget 365 Debt Simplicity L&C Solutions Fulfillment Debt Solutions DebtZap

It is completely unacceptable that a non-compliant option like DebtZap is being forced onto merchants, while alternative compliant options are dismissed. Furthermore, internal information and merchant profiles are being mishandled, and arbitrary rules are being app**** locally that contradict official national standards.

Merchants are facing aggressive ************ tactics during site visits, followed by sudden, unjustified terminations if they do not comply with the demands of these specific account managers. This is driving away legitimate business and damaging the reputation of the company. How funny it is, to promote DebtZap that is not compliant and disregard Clientflow who is compliant.

We demand that national management steps in immediately to audit the Cape Town branch, thoroughly investigate these account managers, scrutinize their deep ties to non-compliant entities like DebtZap, and put a stop to these unfair closures.

Sincerely,

A Deeply Concerned Observer
