No service from Nupay while paid twice

I paid for their softwares but I'm getting no service from them. They made me pay twice for same thing. When I complain no one is willing to help me. No response when I call. Shakaut and Given do not want to help me with my money tht they took *******ly. Now I'm the enemy and they use to call me 4-5 a day before I gave them my business. Very upsetting
