You took R7000.00 from my account today . I never consented to anything . Your Merchant or Customer RSA DEBT MEDIATION failed to provide proof that i authorized any debit order. I contacted your offices and they could not assist me . Surely your offices must be in possession of some paper work proving that a person authorized the debit order . I am reporting you and your Customer to the Payment Association of South Africa . As you can see i am not the only who is complaining of RSA DEBT MEDIATION
