****MERS OF ALL TIME

ALTECH NuPay and its division Clear Check are the biggest ****MERS of all time and I advise that when you get a call from them you should hang up same time. ****s and cheats they full of *******. Clear Check representative called me and told me they will help with a red flag lifting certificate and kept insisting that it is a free service. Next thing he sends a debi mandate of R0.00 saying its just procedure to check accounts. Next thing R2000 is debited from my account. I was in communication with them and they promised to refund me my money month end of September. Come month end no refund, when I contacted them again on Watsapp my messages are not being responded to. I WANT MY MONEY BACK. NuPay your division is equally giving you as a company a very ugly profile as its NuPay that reflects on my debit order. ****mers taking advantage of innocent people. Nx

Please take note that NuPay provides debit order services to companies and processes them on behalf of our merchants, and as such your debit order agreement is not with NuPay.

Thank you thank you to Justin Carstens and Lindani Mbhele both from Altron NuPay. You have greatly helped me with one of your companies/clients NELCA (Clear Check). I have recieved my full R2000 refund and all unauthorized debits that were scheduled to go off have indeed been cancelled. Your assistance and intervention in this matter is highly appreciated.

It's just rather unfortunate that your company Altron gets implicated because of ***** that is committed by your clients/business. However thank you once again.
