I have had my account debited by NUPAY for 5 months with my permission. When I call them and ask who gave them permission to debit my account they say it's some broker by the name of Mpho. The very Mpho from Malepeng Brokers has now blocked me. Whenever I ask him why he says he does not know why NUPAY was debiting my account. I have been in contact with Justin, Royden and Now in contact with a lady by the name of Nadia from NUPAY. No one is now willing to talk to Me or pay back my money. The said Mpho from Malepeng Brokers has now blocked me. This has been going on since May no one is willing to tell me the truth of what is happening. I want To sue NUPAY as they are the ones that took my money without my permission

I do not have an agreement with the said company so who instructed NUPAY to debit if I did not have an agreement?
