EC loans ****

I unknowingly signed up with a company called EC loans online in hopes of a payday loan but what I later discovered is that they don't provide loans they only help themselves to unsuspecting people's money 2 debi check mandates were sent to me I accidentally accepted 1 without reading it the second one I cancelled upon realising they were going to deduct R250 from me without giving me the loan they now claim they cant cancel the debit order because only nupay can do so. I now write this in hopes of getting a resolution form nupay and EC loans.
