******* deduction

I am sharing this because I have tried all avenues now. I took a once off cash loan with Abbey Cash Loan. The agreement was a once off debit order done through Nupay. It is not once off but recurring. They always attempt to debit my account, and when I approach them they are saying they are unable to cancel the debit order when it debits me they'll refund or I must go to the bank. I go to the bank they also cannot cancel the mandate.

This company is *******ly trying to debit my account whereas I have fully paid them... their debit order is recurring instead of the once off agreement.

They are recurring the payment of R2700 every month it was supposed to be a once off debit in November 2024. They have made it to go twice even. I had to switch banks to avoid this deduction.

I cannot be assisted when I go to them...they keep saying they cannot see how to cancel
