Debit order reversal

I'm still waiting for Nupay to refund me my money back. They said it was released yesterday on their side but still I haven't received it. The process is taking very long

Please take note that NuPay provides debit order services to companies and processes them on behalf of our merchants, and as such your debit order agreement is not with NuPay.

Yes I am in contact with them. They said that they mailed their legal department and are waiting for their response. They said they'll keep me updated
