Debit order cancelation

I'm disappointed to the services provided. I requested that the debit order be cancelled at the beginning of August via email to my surprise today, R250 was debited from my acc. How can you debit when there was a cancelation and on top of that there was no service rendered. Nupay is a ****mer

Found this number *** under collector's details, tried calling the number, it doesn't exist. I need them to stop debiting my bank account
