money was debited from my account it states that your company has authorized it , without my knowledge I tried to get hold of NQPLOAN but I had no luck no one is answering their calls, even been called calling your company and capitec has also intervened but I got no help . i need the money back that was debited you guys cannot do this without my approval

Please take note that NuPay provides debit order services to companies and processes them on behalf of our merchants, and as such your debit order agreement is not with NuPay.
