Byron is a **** and a thieve

I got Byron from Smart Budget who falls under Nupay Devision of Altron's number from another. She told me that he helps people get out of debt review. Apparently he was very good at it. I then contacted him because I wanted him to help me to get out of debt review. I gave him my personal details, my banking details and copy of my ID. He sent me a debicheck and I approved the debit order. The debit order was for three months May, June and July 24. Afterwards I changed my mind and decided that I'm going to continue paying off my debt review. I then told Byron to leave it, that I'm no longer going to proceed with the process of him helping me get out of debt review and that I'm going to continue to pay off my debt review. Apparently he forgot to cancel the debit order. Last month and this month both debt restruct the company that is currently debiting my account and Byron debited my account after I asked him if he canceled it and he said yes. I didn't know whether to believe him or not. He never canceled the debit order. He assured me that it was canceled but I struggled to believe that what he said was true. He deducted R2500 last month and this month and he's going to deduct again next month because the debit order was for three months. Who knows if he'll deduct after that again.I'm angry and upset because of this. I felt like crying because I need my money. I contacted capitec bank and asked if they could stop the debit orders from going off but they said they can't do it the company who's debiting my account has to do it. He never stopped it and he never refunded me.
