What do you mean my details are not matching with Nupay . I received an email from you guys after I wrote this Complaint. You asked for a reference, I sent it and you confirmed that it's yours . I asked you guys to cancel this **** . You sent me a text on watsapp from Letty's attorney saying I must sign a cancellation letter . I did sign it but the worst thing it's still showing that your debit order is active on my bank. I asked you guys when are you going to refund my money back that you keep on deducting but I never receive loan . You said I will never get it as it is against your company's policies . My concern is so your company policy is *****ulent. Because how come you deduct debit order each and every month knowing you never gave the applicant the loan . What a nerve . I'm still crying 😭😭 for help . I need someone to help me sue your company. I need my money back as soon as possible and make sure you cancelled my name and my bank on your filed because I never receive anything . I don't owe you , you guys owe me and I need my money . Stop doing *****ulent activities. Most people are crying out there because of what you guys are doing . How come you keep on deducting people's money without giving them loan . You keep on deducting what a nerve 😡😡😡
