am writing to bring to your attention an unauthorized deduction of R280 from my account by Altech nupay a division of altron . I did not give consent for this transaction, and I request that the amount be refunded to me immediately.

If the matter is not resolved within 24hrs i will be left with no choice but to report this to the police and relevant consumer protection authorities....
