GOOD DAY I HAVE RECEIVED THE MANDATE THAT I DID NOT AUTHORISE ON MY BANKING APP LAST NUPAY DEBITED MY MONEY I REVERSED IT NOW I CANNOT CANCEL OR STOP THEM FROM DEBITING MY MONEY
